Breakfast – served between 8.45 and 11.00
It is included for the guest rooms and on request for the apartments/suite and Canterane cottage. As the starting point of your stay with us, it is a moment we hope will be pleasant and tasty.
Jams, fruits, pastries and various breads are produced locally and by our best craftsmen. The fresh fruit juices and granola are home-made. Should you wish for a savoury complement: scrambled or boiled eggs, crispy bacon and fresh goat cheese are available to pre-order – min. 24hrs notice required please.
Dinner
We offer a set-menu as well as an aperitif
offer at the end of the day.
Dinner
For dinner, you will experience a Provençal assortment consisting of : pissaladière, local cheese, seasonal salad with products exclusively selected from the Haut Var. For dessert, organic sorbets from our local artisans.
Aperitif
A seasonal selection of pissaladière/pizza provençale, fougasse bread with olives, local cheese, tapenade and homemade anchoïade. You are here, in the heart of a rich and colourful wine region. To accompany your meal, we recommend our selection of local wines from Provence (côteaux varois, bandol and côte de provence).
Our love for our beautiful region sees us spending our time travelling
the neighbouring provinces in in search of memorable
gastronomic experiences.
We will share with you, on request, our little black book of exquisite addresses.
There is something for everyone : coastal and sea view, urban, picturesque,
hidden in the mountains, in the vineyards…
