Use of the premises
For exclusive hire, the maximum capacity of Maison Sumiane is 15 people.
– You may not exceed the maximum capacity during your stay, even for a day, except upon request and with the agreement of the owner.
– You are in a residential area, it is important to respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours both day and night. Please reduce the noise in the garden or by the pool after 10.30pm.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed as soon as a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay has been cleared. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed.
Conditions
Deposit or guarantee for exclusive hire
A deposit of 1,500€ will be requested on arrival to cover any possible damage. It will be returned in part or fully on departure upon completion of the exit inventory.
Cancellation by the client
Any cancellations received in writing prior to your stay will be subject to the following policy :
– 50% refund for cancellations received 8 days or more before the arrival date.
– No refund for cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date.
Payment
– 50% pre-payment of the total cost of stay at the time of booking
– 50% balance to be settled within 7 days of arrival
