On the ground floor, you will enter the house into the reception hall and its majestic ornate staircase, followed by a spacious dining room and a cosy lounge with an open fire to warm you up in the winter months. On the first floor, you have 3 uniquely decorated en-suite bedrooms. The second floor boasts 2 apartments/suites, each with their own fully equipped kitchen and lounge.

The Cottage

65M2 (700 Sqft) over 2 floors. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and large shower room. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom and lounge overlooking the garden and the pool.

Room Aude

Terracotta and Neapolitan inspiration

The Aude room is located on the first floor and offers an Italian atmosphere. The carefully decorated ceiling blends in perfectly with the terracotta-coloured walls and the antique floor tiles.

The bathroom, with bathtub and shower, is located in the original kitchen of the house – the features of which have been preserved (old oven, Provencal pile) to bring a unique charm and feel to the space.

The Aude room has its own independent toilets.

The Cassandra room, with its flowery ceilings, is located on the first floor and in the centre of the bastide. This space was specially designed for lovers and bears the name of its creator.

The whole space is open, the sleeping area is marked by a large masonry headboard.

The Mahaut room is inspired by travels to Asia. Its painted ceilings combine several periods and styles, most likely inspired by stories of travels between China and Japan.

The room offers a large independent bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, toilets and a secretly hidden period porcelain basin.

Canterane cottage

Canterane was the name of our family home in La Ciotat, near Marseille. Using the name here is a way for us to keep our life story alive and to instil Sumiane with lovely memories and Mediterranean warmth.

Canterane faces the swimming pool and was designed for families and couples. The atmosphere here is bohemian, with a large dining area on the ground floor that opens onto the garden.

The cottage also has a large shower room on the ground floor, a double bedroom and a convertible living room with a comfortable sofa bed for daily sleeping on the upper floor.

Sleeps – up to 4 people – Size: 65 sqm / 700 sqft.
